About the Position:

This position is responsible for recruitment of Chinese international students for full degree programs, Diploma programs, Foundation Studies (UFS), and English courses by actively engaged in organizing recruitment events, attending education fairs and developing relationships with key in-market recruitment partners such as agents, partner schools, foundation campuses, feeder universities and other stakeholders

Responsibilities:

· Common Responsibilities:

  • Comply with and promote agreed WHS practices, privacy provisions, agreed codes, policies and procedures, and conduct work in a respectful, safe and efficient manner
  • Participate in and promote core workplace programs, including, but not limited to, those relating to performance and professional development
  • Work collaboratively within the business group and across the organization to promote effective communication and information sharing
  • Provide appropriate people and / or technical leadership commensurate with seniority / position in a way that demonstrates measurable contribution towards achieving objectives


· Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets for full degree and pathway programs and services
  • Increase the number, quality and diversity of applicants overall
  • Maintain effective relationships to ensure clients, education representatives and business partners are aware of the full range of products and services offered by pathways
  • Develop and manage education representative relationships and provide on-going training and support
  • Provide support to senior management in development and implementation of market strategies
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships in designated market segment(s)
  • Increase conversion rate from offer to enrolment
  • Aid senior managers to generate reports on market and regional activities and agent performance as required
  • Undertake and manage special projects and events as directed and agreed
  • Provide input to create campaign plan and sales initiatives
  • Any other commensurate duties as reasonably directed from time to time

Key Requirements:

· Excellent English and native Chinese speaking and communication skills

· Must have 1-2 years’ similar working experience in student recruitment through agencies or third-party partners

· Good at public speaking, project management and B2B account management skills

· Familiar with international education system and also Chinese market.

· Experience of University Representative or recruitment is high preferred.

· Team player, can do attitude and comfortable with high fluent travel both internationally and domestically
