1. Broaden and utilize various channels to guarantee the management, maintenance and improvement of effective recruitment channel, so as to build internal & external talent pools

2. Partner with department heads on recruitment plan, execute daily recruitment operation

3. Establish, improve and implement the talent evaluation system

4. Responsible for candidates sourcing, screening, phone interviews, recommending qualified candidates for further interviews and hiring manager interview arrangement

5. Responsible for headhunting the senior- & middle-level talents, attract potential talents from external to enhance management capability

职位要求：

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience

2. 3+ years relevant experiences in TA function of the related industry

3. Proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good planning and result oriented

4. Good learning agility and logical thinking

5. Good oral and written English skills

Harbour BioMed is a global biotechnology company discovering and developing innovative therapeutics for cancer with a focus on immuno-oncology and autoimmunity/inflammation. The company's discovery and development programs are centered around its two patented transgenic mouse platforms for human antibody discovery.
