Role and Responsibility: 工作职责：

1. Research through Web or telephone on updated Govt. regulations/on companies & other relevant policies;

通过网站和电话，获取和研究政府颁布的各项企业新制度，政策；

2. Cooperate with the relevant government offices’ functions and work independently advising clients on corporate restructure etc.

与政府职能部门沟通，独立为客户提供企业注册相关方面的建议；

3. Client daily communications and corporate advisory works;

客户日常沟通和企业咨询工作；

4. Prepare relevant corporate documents;

准备相关的公司文件；

5. Other tasks required relating to business services.

与商务服务相关的其他工作。

Requirements: 岗位要求：

1. Over 5-years' working experience as consultant in foreign business service industry or over 5-years’ working experience as senior administration/senior assistant position in foreign owned companies;

5年以上外资服务类企业顾问经验或5年以上外资企业高级行政/高级助理工作经验；

2. Good command of spoken and written English skills;

良好的英语口语和书写能力；

3. Has experience in dealing with government department for compliance;

有处理政府部门申报经验；

4. High client service responsibilities and problem solving skills;

突出的客户服务责任感和解决问题的能力；

5. Experience in government documentation preparation and documents translation is required;

有准备政府文件和文件翻译经验；

6. Company establishment or modification experience is preferred;

有公司设立或变更经验者优先；

7. Visas processing and social welfare related working experience is preferred;

有办理签证及社会保险工作经验者优先；

8. Familiar with office softwares;

熟练掌握办公软件；

9. High sense of Responsibilities and hard-working;

高度的责任心、吃苦耐劳；

10. Good at team work with leadership skills.
