• On-Line channel (2 Tmall stores, Youzan platform, etc) finance contact window;
• Reconcile Alipay account statements, TP reports, statements from various platforms;
• Coordinate and reconcile all statements with actual bank receipts & payments.
• Prepare finance monthly reports including Gross revenue, platform commission, promotions and GP;
• Proactively engage necessary other parties (Sales, Logistic, Operation, TP etc) to timely act on related processes.
• Process improvement initiatives

• 3 years+ ECOMS finance background;
• Hands-on, detail oriented;
• Proactive with good communication skills; able to deal with multiple stakeholders.
• Dynamics 365 experience is a big plus.
