Key Responsibilities:

    

·       Professionally responds to customer inquiries by using discretion and judgment, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

    

·       Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response

    

·       Provides customer support and technical issue resolution through department inquiry portal and phone line

    

·       Maintains positive and trusted relationships with customers

    

·       Manages difficult or emotional customer situations

    

·       Meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements

    

·       Establishes strong working relationships with our bank contacts by partnering with them to serve our customer base needs

    

·       Conducts card administration functions for all Disney card products

    

·       Safeguards employee information

    

·       Performs T&E audits to ensure compliance to company policy

    

·       Performs FNG Concur T&E audits to ensure compliance to legacy policy

    

·       Sets up new FNG users in their instance of Concur

    

·       Handles matters with increased complexity leveraging on greater expertise

• Ensure compliance with country-specific guidelines related to T&E Management

        

·       Involved in departmental projects

    

·       Partners with Concur Audit Service contacts to research audit results

    

·       Performs monthly Concur quality control audits

    

·       Works with Cash Banking Team to verify payment spools

    

·       Investigates payment issues and works directly with the Business Project Management Team and Citibank to resolve

    

    

Required qualifications:

    

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

    

·       1-3 years related work experience

    

·      Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

    

·      Demonstrates passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

    

·      Demonstrates an ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan work activities to use time effectively

    

·      Ability to convey messages quickly and easily, speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens attentively and seeks clarification, responds well to questions, maintains professional nonverbal communication analogous to situation

    

·      Ability to write clearly and informatively with a high level of sophistication; varies writing style to meet needs, presents numerical data effectively, able to read and interpret complex written information

    

·      Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality

    

·      Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

• Displays a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities

            

·       Displays a willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in decision-making process; makes timely decisions

    

·      Become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this role

    

·      Demonstrates technical skills in a Windows environment, specifically using Microsoft Excel and Outlook

    

    

Desired qualifications:

    

·      SAP experience

    

·      Citibank or other commercial card experience

    

·      Concur Expense experience

    

·      Audit and compliance experience

    

·      Experience with a multinational employer and working in a multicultural environment

    

·      Additional language skills
