职位描述
岗位职责：
1、参与需求讨论，审核需求文档，从测试人员的角度提出风险及建议；
2、制定测试计划，包括测试策略、资源安排、进度要求等，把控整体测试流程及产品质量；
3、编写测试用例并执行；
4、 反馈跟踪bug，维护测试用例，出具测试分析报告。
任职要求：
1、热爱软件测试，3年以上软件测试经验（web测试），能够独立把控项目交付质量；
2、熟练运用各种黑盒测试用例设计方法，用例设计考虑全面、细致；
3、熟练使用SQL进行查询，能够用SQL语句辅助测试；
4、加分项：掌握自动化测试工具，会使用1-2种开发语言进行自动化测试脚本编写；熟悉linux git。
