1、Planning and designing the sustainable development strategy of talent development according to plant's needs and business needs;
结合公司需要及业务需求，规划设计工厂人才培养可持续发展策略；
2、Manage talent development programs, including making plans, coordinating relevant resources and ensuring training results;
管理人才培养发展项目，包括制定执行计划、协调相关资源和培训效果保证；
3、Optimize the basic training management mechanism, including training system, training process, information management, etc;
优化基础培训管理机制，包括培训制度、培训流程、信息化管理等；
4、Identify and develop in-house part-time lecturers;
发掘和培养内部***讲师；
5、Manage plant training resources, including courses, instructors, sites, supplier resources, etc;
管理工厂培训资源，包括课程、讲师、场地、供应商资源等。

任职要求：

1、Bachelor’s degree and above, major in psychology or pedagogy is preferred
本科及以上学历，心理学、教育学类相关专业优先
2、Excellent language skills, both spoken and written in English and Chinese
优秀的语言能力，中英文说写流利
3、Excellent Microsoft office skill
高能力的办公软件能力
4、Be logical and have clear mind
逻辑性强，思路清晰
5、Good at communication
沟通能力强
6、3 years training program management experience
3年以上培训项目管理工作经验
7、Good experience in independently planning, managing and operating training activities
具有独立策划、管理、运营培训活动项目经验
8、Lean production working experience is preferred
