• Determining the suitability of Receivables Finance / Factoring facilities to corporate clients
• Assessing operation features of trade model of clients and ensuring clients manage credit, fraud and financial crime risks effectively
• Providing recommendations to business development managers and Receivables Finance facility approvers
• Communicating with clients on suggestions to improve the quality of transaction documents such that they are acceptable by the Bank for Receivables Finance facilities
• Carry out periodic field audits on existing clients to ensure a healthy loan book complying the Bank's RF requirement
• Complete survey / audit reports timely and ensure relevant facts and findings are reported with recommendations to facilitate approver’s decision
• Take an active role in special projects including those specific to client surveys / audits
• Monitor and facilitate quarterly Buyer Payment Validation for Exports Trade Loan facilities

  

Qualifications:

  

• Minimum 5 years' banking experience, knowledge / experience in trade and receivables finance
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and risk area relating to trade and receivables finance
