Responsibilities:
--Reception
· Operates a switchboard, receive visitors and direct them deal with incoming and outgoing mails/ parcels

--Business traveling supporting
· Arrange for visitors transportation/taxi;
· Hotel & flights booking for domestic/international business trip
· Maintain good relations with cooperative hotels and flights agencies
· Support on expatriates/foreign visitors affairs ( Visa, invitation/official letter);

--Office supply and maintenance
· Administrate office daily consumable supply (Drinks/Stationary/Printer cartridge /Medicine)
· Monitor on office safety and cleanness;
· Maintain the office telephone system and other equipments.
· Newspaper and magazines administration.
· Support Finance department on administration of fixed assets.

--Administration
· Company shuttle bus administration and daily arrangement
· Company dormitory administration.
· Administrate and maintain the companies' licenses /certificates/documents,
keys, canteen cards, business cards, uniforms and magazines/newspapers.
· Administrative meeting preparation and assistance.
· Work with SSP on recording monthly electricity expense.
Requirements:
The position requires the following personal capabilities for acceptable performance:
· Vocational school or above majored in business English/administration.
· Good English speaking skill and fluent Mandarin.
· Basic PC operation skill.
· Patient, polite, detail-oriented and good communication skill.
· Behave enthusiastic and friendly.
· Team work player.
