职位描述

Position Purpose: Provides Digital and Marketing Communications functional expertise to counsel and execute Performance Building Solutions and Corian® Design business segment communication strategies to enhance competitive advantage. Develops and executes effective/efficient integrated digital/MC programs which help maximize business results. This person will be responsible for managing all brand and promotional activities for the brands such as Corian® and Tyvek®.

Position Responsibilities:

· Collaborates with the market/business segment leaders to develop strategic, integrated digital and MC programs that align and leverage resources to drive business growth objectives

· Consults and directs business in the effective use of communications, develops and executes the MC segment specific plans; including but not limited to:

               o Managing outside resources and budget

               o Managing the coordination and execution of commercial specific trade events

               o Managing promotion programs (Print, Digital, Social), PR, Media relations, Influencer Programs

               o Creates and owns website content

               o Managing product launch communication plans

               o Crafting and maintaining collateral to enable the business

               o Drives agency execution and is able to clearly articulate business needs to partners

· Contributes to achieving shared business/functional goals and establishes measurement of performance tied to KPIs

· Draft web upgrades based on direction from marketing–defining message and user experience for commercial targets

· Helps to support the development of strategy and content planning for our social media channels and will lead the expansion of social media channels for the commercial segment.

· Champions industry best practices in MC/brand competency and applies knowledge to develop creative solutions that meet business/marketing objectives

· Networks with functional experts across all businesses/regions to leverage best practices and work

· Builds rapport at all levels with respect for diversity of ideas, culture and thought. Creates enthusiasm and excitement for the mission and/or task

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Demonstrated both Digital and Marketing Communications competency and superior functional expertise (e.g. integrated digital marketing campaigns, public relations, brand management, direct marketing) and knowledge as it’s applied within a wholistic, integrated Marketing Communications plan. Bachelor in marketing, communications, PR, journalism etc. and a minimum of 5 years in related field

· Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with business, technical, sales and marketing at all levels

· Collaborate with marketing, marketing communications and IT in the development and production of visual content. 

· Building and optimizing websites with relevant content to improve formatting and readability, decreasing bounce rates

· Implementation of email campaigns, using CRM platforms, and ability to execute A/B testing

· Oversite of social media sites and optimization of performance of each platform

· Gets results- demonstrated ability to deliver superior business results that are sustainable and measurable. Ability to influence, network and collaborate to achieve both individual and business goals. Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· In-depth knowledge of businesses and markets with ability to identify leverage points, Acts with an understanding of market to create value-adding programs.

· Ability to work effectively as a team with other digital/MC professionals and cross-functional project teams. Promotes team spirit and commitment to common objectives

· Ability to lead and manage agency resources (people and budgets) and evaluate good communications, proposals, SOW, media and implementation of communications

· Ability to translate marketing plans into solid promotion plans that drive business results

             

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related business fields

· 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Marketing

 

Key Prior Experiences:
· Execution of various email marketing, digital communications/campaigns and social media programs

· Implemented key communications tactics

· Supported and executed external trade events

· Created and distributed key sales tools (literature, presentations, samples, etc.)

· Budget management

· Prior knowledge of the relevant industry
