1、根据公司业务需要以及实习生自身的潜质，指派至某一部门进行实习

2、确定所在业务部门后，部门相关人员将指导实习生进行日常工作，实习生应用心学习，完成领导指派的任务

3、期间，公司若需调整实习生所在部门或职能，实习生需服从安排。实习生若有意见或建议，可与领导友好沟通

4、实习期结束后，若双方都有留用意向，可签订劳动合同。

5、实习部门以操作，客服，销售为主。

1、大三或大四年级在校生

2、大专以上学历，交通运输、国际贸易或俄语专业优先

3、熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。具有一定的英语听说读写能力；

4、一周至少到岗实习3天；

5、具有较强的学习能力、良好的沟通表达能力，富有团队协作精神；

6、对待工作认真负责，积极好学，做事严谨诚实，责任心与稳定性强。
