About this opportunity

· Act as a focal point to all iTero’s Digital environments and issue severities to responsible for the successful execution of projects and supporting of business users. This hands-on, technical role requires a deep functional & application knowledge and ability to work with internal technical

· This position will report to the APAC IT Manager of Production System and based in Chengdu, China. Occasional travel to other Manufacturing international locations may be needed, but not regular.

· This position is at Ziyang or Chengdu report APAC IT manager of production system support.

In this role, you will…

• Act as Level 2 focal point for iTero (Align) Digital environments, severities/production impact issues in APAC region
• Work with global support teams worldwide
• Troubleshoots and documents software product defects escalated from various support groups.
• Manage the service request, customer issues, incidents and escalations
• The ability to work in a NOC team
• Proactively monitor and respond to customer related issues discovered within production environments
• Own and manage escalation path for multiple product and operational teams
• Participate in on-call schedule to provide 24x7 support, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Contribute / Lead Root Cause Analysists and post mortem queries
• Ability to track issues trends and improvements

In this role, you’ll need …

Required Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in providing support, analysis, IT and/or quality assurance for software applications.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical ability
• Experience providing (Level 2-3) technical support
• Medical software industry experience
• Experience troubleshooting complex software or system problems
• Technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Cloud Technology) and SQL query, IIS server preferred
• Scripting skills (Bash/Shell/Power Shell/python)
• Excellent communication, customer support and interpersonal skills required
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues and other systems issues preferred
• Familiar with service desk and incident management systems such as Desk, SalesForce Service Cloud, or Jira

Nice to have:

Ability to effectively communicate with Business SME’s, Technical IT team members and as well as End users across the globe (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Must demonstrate a strong track record of delivering results.
