职位描述

岗位职责：

带领项目成员拟定创意策略、发想创意概念；
领导创意执行工作，控制视觉、动态的风格符合品牌策略，跟踪、把控项目品质达到设定标准；
负责创意组成员分工和职责细化，协调项目执行；
独立负责或参与提案；
配合创意总监工作，协调公司内部资源，与其他部门协同工作；
培训、激励并挖掘团队成员的潜能，预见并随时应对公司及客户要求的变化。

任职资格：

5年以上广告从业经验，至少2年数字互动广告AD任职经验
丰富的创意指导经验和较强的创意能力，对行业触觉敏锐，思路清晰；
具备整合广告策略和创意能力，胜任数字互动、平面、视频的创意和执行指导工作；
良好的沟通能力，具备较强团队领导力及团队协作精神，能承受较强的工作压力；
本科或以上学历，广告创意相关专业；
