Job Description
Responsibilities
? Work with OEM partners to ensure performance targets for Quality, Turn Around Time (TAT) and Thruput (I/O/S) are met or exceeded.
? Work closely with OEM and internal Apple teams to manage schedule, capacity, material availability, and quality issues
? Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize impact to operations. Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to management.
? Evaluate OEM performance and prepare feedback for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR). Develop and administer improvement programs.
? Ensure OEM reporting is accurate and timely.
? Prepare readiness and drive results during Refurbishment qualifications for new products.

? BS in IE or other Engineering discipline preferred.
