Job Purpose 

  To assist with Contracts management execution  processes for AVEVA in China, including but not limited to preparing  legal contracts and agreements, reviewing commercials (tender) documentation,  identifying and analysing legal issues and risks and associated mitigation  plans, attending contract negotiations. 

  

 Principal Accountabilities 

•  Prepare, manage and administer commercial  contracts and licensing management execution for the APAC region. 
•  Communicate and work closely with the legal,  finance and sales department on the negotiation of the relevant  contracts. 

Important Working Relationships 

•   Account Managers and Sales Directors 
•   Customers 
•   In-House Legal Counsel 
•   Relevant licensing team member; 
•  Relevant finance team member 

 Knowledge, Skills & Experience  Required 

Core requirements: 

• Software Contract experience is better to have
• Possess Diploma from a recognized  university/college. 
• A background in Commercial finance  operations is an advantage  No requirements for a legal qualification  but diploma in law would be advantageous 
• 4-6 years of relevant experiences 
• Ability to work in fast paced environment to  ensure that contracts and licenses for software products and services areissued or renewed on time 
•  Software licensing experience  preferred 
•  Good command of spoken and written English  and knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
•  Good in details and meticulous.
