POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinates product compliance management activities for A&F China Stores, DTC, and TMALL operations. Works cross-functionally with A&F Shanghai and Hong Kong offices and with US based Product Regulatory and Legal teams to build and implement product compliance policies and practices. Additionally, this role will be responsible to coordinate and manage the communication and resolution when facing customer or government inquiries regarding the quality or compliance of our product.

What Will You Be Doing?

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular store audits in partnership with third party consultants; Facilitate appropriate testing.

• Obtain and provide all required follow up information related to a quality related customer complaint or store inspections.

• Partner closely with China Operations and Legal team on compliance strategy and on case by case matter management.

• Ongoing audit of CN website to check for infractions (superlatives, missing information, etc.). Systemic comparison of compliance data in our internal A&F label systems vs actual web copy.

• Coordinate remedial projects in which product is modified in order to meet China standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4-5 years’ experience in related field or industry
• Experience with textile or Product regulatory preferred
• At least business level written/spoken English, and fluent in Mandarin.
• Must have accuracy to detail and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.

• 5-10 years related working experience, textile, lab, regulatory affairs experience, retail industry preferred

• Strong cross-functional communication skills, detail oriented

• Fluent English both in written and oral

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
