职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? The SQE interfaces with suppliers on all quality, reliability, and supplier process issues.
? Manage commodity suppliers related to vibrators supporting various products development through multiple phases till the end of product life
? Works with suppliers in the areas of supplier's process readiness, continuous process improvement in the supply base, and process control, quality control/assurance, data collection, failure analysis, corrective actions, reporting for early detection and correction.
? Emphasis will be on driving improvements back into the supply base by improving the robustness of the design and the management of Process & Material capability during the manufacturing cycle.
? Will interface with Engineering, Operations, Quality teams with in Apple as well as multiple suppliers.
Candidate Requirement
? Experience with Vibrator, Fan, D/C &V/C Motor design, manufacturing process or quality
? Strong technical skills, i.e. problem solving, issue root causing, superior analytic skills
? Soft skills, i.e. leadership, project management, communication, teamwork, influencing and negotiation are required.
? This role definitely requires constant interfacing with multiple function teams, Engineering, Operations, and Quality within Apple as well as various suppliers. Various and extensive working hours and weekends work will be required
? The job also requires constant traveling domestic or international.
? Normally requires BS degree plus minimum 8 years or MS degree plus min 5years experience, or equivalent.
Education:
1. Minimum B.S. In Engineering discipline
2. Master Degree or MBA a plus.
