Associate Manager-Product Design (助理产品设计经理)
Responsibilities:
* Do research and brainstorm for design concept.
* Work with designers to create concepts that meet marketing strategy
* Support manager on embracing innovation.
* Communicate with U.S. Design during product development.
* Attend Brand and licensing meeting and brainstorming to obtain enough information for product design.
* Work closely with different parties to develop the concept to working product that meets target cost and hit schedule.
* Manage sub-brand and organize the work for the reporting team.
* Control time schedule for design work to meet the PS date of the product line.
* Give direction and training to Designers on technical know how to prepare sketches, renderings and dimension layouts in design, as well as project follow up.
* Be the project leader of the sub-brand and lead all the related D&D activities.
Requirement:
* University graduate, majored in Design or related disciplines
* Minimum 5 years Design experience
* Good sketching, rendering & drafting technique (by hand or computer)
* Good at 2D & 3D design software
* Knowledge of toy production processes
* Good written & spoken English
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
