Operations Engineer

1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of business systems, including daily monitoring and maintenance, event response and processing, user service requests, from the perspective of business operations, system functional characteristics, interface logic, etc., to diagnose and follow-up optimization of emergent problems.

2. Communicate and coordinate with the first and third lines to solve problems and provide periodic reports.

3. Complete the application installation, configuration, upgrade and other maintenance work.

4. Establish the operation and maintenance knowledge base of the application system, follow the ITIL specification to keep track of and solve the operation and maintenance business situation in time.

5. Coding and review of some key tasks in a product or project.

6. Familiar with the characteristics of the financial industry; be able to actively research the mainstream integration and continuous delivery of technical solutions in the industry.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer or related major.

2. More than 4 years experience in system operation and maintenance. Experience in operation and maintenance of core financial system or automotive financial system is preferred.

3. Familiar with Java/J2EE and mainstream operating system.

4. Experience in Netsol, the core of automotive finance, is preferred.

5. Understand the basic concepts and methods of ITIL/ITSM. Certificates related to ITIL/ITSM are preferred.

6. Familiar with management and maintenance of WINDOWS operating system, and experience in developing automation scripts (such as Power Shell, Python, etc.) is preferred.

7. Skilled in using SQL Server or Oracle database and SQL language, with basic database performance tuning and database management skills.

8. High-quality report writing ability, independent analysis and design ability, excellent analysis and problem-solving ability.

9. Strong communication and coordination skills.

10. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.

11. Could take shift work.
