职位描述
| 岗位职责： 1. 负责中东地区策略运营，可以进行专业阿语或土耳其语翻译； 2. 负责中东地区主播招募，和公会对接，了解公会及家族系统、挖掘、邀约优质主播完成平台输送； 3. 监控所负责公会的日/周/月数据,制定/调整/优化各项运营方案； 4. 保证优质主播的招募引入数量,对主播的留存负责; 5. 负责产品线上的用户引导,收集和处理用户及主播需求,并能根据具体情况提出产品优化建议。 任职要求: 1. 精通阿语或土耳其语； 2.了解在线视频直播行业,有相关经验优先; 3. 熟悉互联网视频秀场项目,做过主播培训的管理优先; 4. 比较能吃苦,善于与公会负责人和主播沟通,有良好沟通能力和善于谈判,了解对方需求。 |
