What is your mission?

To plan, develop and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis and in conjunction with new product launches, features etc.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

• Organize and develop training procedure manuals and training materials such as handouts and visual materials

• To ensure process and product training are clearly defined, documented and delivered for each role within the organization via in classroom or virtual training.
• To implement internal and external best practices into the training which lead to improved sales, performance, profit or all.
• To be a product expert providing training and support to all roles in the organization on how to implement various aspects of the product in a way that will benefit the end client through increased profitability and customer satisfaction
• Conduct and analyze training needs
• Prepares new customer service representatives by conducting orientation to sales, process and product
• Ensure new representatives have a smooth transition from the training environment to the work environment
• Determines training needs by sitting in with representatives; observing encounters; identifying gaps and providing alternatives to solving them
• Attend regular meetings with team supervisors to understand performance gaps of teams and individuals
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Min Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or other experience, in related fields such as brand or business consulting, training & development.
• Strong project management skills and proven track record of working with timelines and success measures;
• Business-oriented mindset.
• Able to work under pressure/deadlines
• Good team building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A team player and result oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Familiar with online advertising / digital marketing will be an added advantage
