Job descriptions: 

- Responsible as head of finance/IT/Purchasing for an French based Advertising Company;

- Overseeing all financial-related functions for accounting & finance operation improvement, including corporate financial & accounting rules and regulations, plus business operation control procedures for Territory China with 5 local offices;

- Be a business partner and actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the country level;

- Ensure reporting data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards;

- Drive necessary processes, behavior and culture to allow a proper internal control environment; Overall responsible for controllership, part of FP&A, costing, commercial, tax and Treasury;

- Responsible for related legal issues and all contract review;

- Managing as well IT department for all related ERP system, IT infrastructure & Business Applications solutions;

- Managing also purchasing function in order to improve profitability and optimize current supplier management system 

Desired Skills & Experiences：

-  with min 10+ years' experience in a financial management role at a multinational company;

-  Solid experience in monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, preferably with Services Industry;

-  Good financial and business acumen with the ability to work as a partner to CEO;

-  Audit Firm experiences is also a must; 

-  Experiences of Operations Management (or experiences in others functions) will be a plus;

-  Strong communication skills of both English and Mandarin;

-  Strategic thinking with pragmatic solutions are also desired;
