ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
1) Coordinate all related activities for both technical and commercial matters (budget cost) with Sales and Service departments.
2) Keep Engineering, Sales, Service and other relative function department informed about project progress, update project report on a regular basis
3) Ensure that all relevant project schedule is controlled and kept on schedule according with the contract.
4) Driving project management operation from initiating phase, kick-off meeting with sales together in customer site (design institute, end user, etc.) to solve the issues, ensure project technical level in front of client and manage claims.
5) Improve project execution quality with project risk analysis; contingencies plan preparation; maximize client satisfaction.
6) Keep in close contact with customer, actively coordinate with function departments to meet customer’s demand, also provide support on claim issue occurred during installation and commissioning phase.

Key Requirements
Education Background: Professional Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management and/or related job function
Language skills: Good command of commercial / technical Chinese and technical English
Computer skills: Able to read AutoCAD drawings, line layouts, documentation, etc.
