作描述

  

1）   全面负责项目的对外报批；

  

Fully responsible for the external approval of the project;

  

2）   积极有效地与国土资源局、发改委、建委、规划、质监、安监、消防、人防、环卫、等政府职能部门保持沟通顺畅，建立起良好互动关系；

  

Actively and effectively communicate with the land and Resources Bureau, the development and Reform Commission, the Construction Commission, the planning, quality supervision, safety supervision, fire control, civil air defense, environmental sanitation and other government functional departments, and establish a good interactive relationship;

  

3）   负责办理土地拍卖手续、土地中标通知书、用地规划许可审批、土地证办理；

  

Responsible for land auction procedures, land bid winning notice, approval of land use planning permission and land license

  

4）   负责项目立项报告编制，审批；

  

Responsible for the preparation and approval of project initiation report

  

5）   协助环评报告的编制并负责审批；

  

Supporting the preparation and approval of the EIA report

  

6）   当项目方案需修改和调整时，与设计院、项目最终需求部门协调并办理补充审批备案手续，直至项目方案获批；

  

Coordination with the design institute and the final demand department of the project and handle the supplementary approval and filing procedures until the project plan is approved when the project plan needs to be modified and adjusted;

  

7）   负责办理临时及永久性使用供水、污水排放、供电、供暖、供气、通讯、道路等的申请及审批；

  

Responsible for the application and approval of temporary and permanent use of water supply, sewage discharge, power supply, heating, gas supply, communication, roads, etc.

  

8）   负责项目工程规划审批，第三方审图，和施工许可办理；

  

Responsible for project planning approval, third party drawing review, and construction permit issues

  

9）   协助施工单位办理安监和质监手续；

  

Supporting the constructors to handle the safety supervision and quality supervision procedures

  

10） 负责办理合同备案；

  

Responsible for the contract registration;

  

11） 负责工程竣工档案政府归档；

  

Responsible for project completion archives for the government

  12）直属领导/主管临时委派的其他工作

职位要求：

  

1）   5年以上工程建设行业工作经验；

  

2）   熟悉建设工程从项目立项到竣工归档各阶段及各项政府审批程序及其要求；

  

3）   了解建设工程项目管理各环节基本工作内容；

  

4）   独立完成过一个以上的工程项目全过程审批工作；

  

5）   具备良好的沟通交流能力和耐心；

  

6）   基本的英文交流能力；

  

7）   工程相关专业本科以上学历；
