Position: Senior Financial Software Engineer 高级财务软件工程师

Mazars is a leading international audit, accounting, tax and advisory firm. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Software Engineer to join our growing automation team of accounting and outsourcing solutions in our Shanghai Office.

You will be trained to our unique methodologies and will take part in missions for Mazars various clients in view to understand their requirements, translate into process, analytical issues in financial systems, etc.

Job Responsibility & Accountability:

§ Research, test and implement technology solutions which will assist the firm and/ or our clients to automate data processing and to gain greater insight to support financial process;

§ Administrate Mazars cloud ERP platforms, and provide consulting services;

§ Solve the problems encountered by users in the ERP system, and report to related part;

§ Responsible for the collection and analysis of demand information of business. And sorting out business processes and providing solutions.

§ Work with business departments to define business rules and processes to ensure the consistency of business processes and clarify system functional requirements.

§ Define system functions, draw flow charts, and write requirements specifications.

§ Be an active member of our innovation team;

§ Work on project based assignment.

Job Requirement

§ College degree or above, major in computer or other science and engineering related major;

§ Fluent in English;

§ Good communicative skills, ability to work under pressure, a team player and a self-learner;

§ Proactive attitude with the ability to implement solutions to problems;

§ Ability for analyze the business requirements and simplify business rules.

§ The following abilities are preferred：

i. Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Python/VB/VBA/C#/SQL/JavaScript

ii. Experience in web development

iii. Experience in data analysis

iv. Hold accounting related professional qualification certificate

v. Familiar with other ERP software such as SAP, Netsuite.

工作职责

§ 研究，测试和实施技术解决方案来帮助企业或客户自动化处理数据，优化财务办公流程；

§ 管理面向客户的Mazars ERP云平台，并提供相关咨询服务；

§ 解决客户在ERP系统中遇到的问题，并反馈给相关方面。

§ 负责业务需求信息的收集和分析。并整理业务流程并提供解决方案。

§ 对于新项目或现有系统的修改，请与相关部门沟通，分析需求，协调和跟踪项目的各个阶段。

§ 定义系统功能，绘制流程图并编写需求规范。

§ 成为我们创新团队的积极成员；

§ 进行基于项目的工作。

职位要求

§ 计算机或其他理工科专业，本科及以上学历；

§ 具有良好的英语书写沟通能力；

§ 有较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力和团队协作精神及自我学习能力；

§ 态度积极主动，拥有良好的解决问题能力；

§ 有分析业务需求并简化业务规则的能力

§ 具有以下能力者优先：

i. 掌握一种或多种计算机语言包括：Python/VB/VBA/C#/SQL/JavaScript

ii. 具有Web开发经验

iii. 具有数据分析处理经验

iv. 持有会计相关专业资格证书

v. 熟悉ERP系统，如SAP，Netsuite等。
