- Creating, planning and implementing sales strategy, business development initiatives for CST, bearing, coupling and gearing product business.
- Establishing sales targets and ensuring sales are achieved.
- Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers.
- Monitoring and providing reports on whole MPT market intelligence.
- Leading the team to meet business targets.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/Engineering.
- Fluency in English writing, reading and speaking.
- Must be proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel professional .
- Must possess a bright and stable personality, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues, can adapt to frequently travel.
- Must be Result oriented and have good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive, open-minded and self-motivated.
