To be the process engineer in plant project execution for Chinese project and give technical support for dedicated customers in China.

Key responsibilities: 

?Be the process co-ordinator for assigned plant projects and drive to find the most cost effective solutions in line with the Formox standard plant concept

?Lead the commissioning work in new plant- and revamp projects

?Provide technical support to plant projects in China including project meetings, open case inspection, training of operators

?Perform shop inspections at suppliers’ premises, as and when required, and actively exercise quality control

?For a defined customer base, handle process and catalyst related technical support work, such as follow up on plant performance and trouble-shooting, including commenting on FPC data

?Lead and participate in customer training and customer conferences 

?Handle/Solve complaints from customers according to the procedures

?Visit customers for technical meetings, trouble-shooting and plant audits

?Build and, together with Regional Sales Manager China and Regional Technical Support Manager China, manage strong relationships with customers, driving profitability and the long-term value of these accounts

?Initiate suggestions for improvements and development tasks to be performed

?Perform assigned tasks independently

?To carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. 

?Extensive travels, some longer trips are 4-6 weeks

Are you the ideal candidate? 

?Master of Science in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, alternatively long work experience in the process industry

?Good knowledge in English

?Knowledge of the ISO 9000/14000

?EHS knowledge related to work

?MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

?Knowledge in simulation programs as Aspen

?Communication skills in English – verbal, written

?Result-oriented and driven

?Team-player but also self-going

?Organized and well-structured

?Communication skills at different levels in an organization
