·         Develop and manage the strategic business development initiatives

·         Establish new channels and business models including optical chains, e-commerce, O2O and more

·         Ensure strong profitability growth for the company

·         Support negotiation with external partners and potential M&A targets

·         Manage internal stakeholders involved in the project, from China CEO to individual sales rep

·         Analyze and research competitors and growth opportunities in China

·         Revenue/EBITDA growth of the company (direct impact)

·         Successful delivery of the strategic initiatives (on-budget, on-time)

·         Positive stakeholder feedbacks

Requirment:

·         Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields preferred, but not required

·         4~6 years of relevant work experiences

·         Experiences with new business launch

·         Experienced with project management

·         Native Chinese speaker and proficient in English

·         Good business acumen and critical thinking

·         Strong stakeholder communication across different background and culture

·         Able to steer conversations with external suppliers and partners

·         Flexible in working in a fluid environment

·         Willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to achieve outcomes and results

·         Strong ownership of delivery
