职位描述
Responsibilities:
l Create new item setting in ERP system, manage and process Bill of Materials, Engineering Change Orders, Manufacturer Change Orders, Deviations and all other Configuration Management activities.
l Research product change impact to ensure that all products affected are identified and any issues resolved and coordinate the implementation of the data
l Finalize product's data to system per document application
l Manage BOMs and BORs information
l Provide process training to groups/new users if needed
l Interface closely with global cross functional departments per requirements:
l Drive continuous improvement while supporting or defining global strategies that create robust capabilities within the Product Data Management team to allow growth of the business
Requirement:
l University graduate Degree in Manufacturing, Operations degree
l At least 8 years experience with supply chain or Product Data Management (especially experience with systems data/item hierarchy and initial set up of data structure (i.e. implementation of a new data system or setting up a new site) ;
l Good understanding of MRP/ERP system(such as JDE is preferred.)
l An understanding of item structure and master data set up (i.e. bills, routes)
l Great attention to detail and good organization skills as well as a high level of initiative
l The ability to work independently and as part of a team
l Understand configuration management, BOM structuring and compliance
l Ability to think strategically, but also gets into the details
l Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively globally at any level
