MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Execute Standard Operation Procedures, reporting, metrics, and audit control to support a datadriven system of risk and performance based criteria to manage product packaging to quality, cost, service and risk goals.
？ Develop/validate packaging test and inspection plans designed to assure quality of product packaging based on a review of all applicable safety standards, industry requirements and historical data, and THD requirements as described in SBA. Transfer packaging CTQs into tailor made quality control programs as appropriate.
？ Develop and review packaging CTQs and specifications.
？ Manage performance of service providers locally, through audit, review etc, understand their performance trend and identify root cause of performance issues, follow up corrective actions and preventive actions.
？ Review and resolve packaging issues with suppliers, factories, service providers, and packaging vendors.
？ Develop and deliver training tailored to the needs of internal and external audience
？ Supervise, develop and motivate assigned staff.
？ Coaching of the team
？ Performance evaluation of the team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
？ Four-year advanced technical or engineering degree preferred
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ 5 years experience of packaging and printing related field.
？ In depth knowledge in quality assurance and quality control.
？ Good project management experience and organization skills.
？ Cross function communication skills – English / Mandarin – Oral / Written – Computer
？ Knowledge of the following areas:
Multiple packaging materials, such like corrugated, plastic, wooden, etc.,
Packaging structure design & Packaging test
Flexography, Offset, Screen Printing technology
Conventional and Digital pre-press technologies

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
？ Positive “can do” attitude to try and solve any problem
？ Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
？ Experience in the Home Improvement and retail industry preferred
？ Independently sees projects through to an end result
？ Proven ability to execute and deliver on time.
？ Proven project management is a requirement.
？ Exp in CAD tools- ProE/Solidworks etc.
？ Six Sigma /ISO Quality trained
