l   Attract, train and retain the right person and develop the right organization, ensuring a high performance culture and winning mindset.

l   Analyze and draft a diagnosis of equipment and drawing up indicators and balanced scorecards.

l   Develop right KPI and maintain and continuously improve the production line efficiency, increase OEE with production.

l   Implement improvement plans on the production line (productivity, quality and security) in connection with the Maintenance & Construction and Production.

l   Organize and plan preventive and improving maintenance in keeping with advance and proper system (eg: A3, TPM) as well as global best practice.

l   Involve in the industry 4.0 development in the factory, define maintenance demand and in charge of the implementation with engineering department. (eg: CMMS, SCADA, AGV, MES)

l   Maintain the required spare parts to support plant operation, ensuring proper accountability and storage.

l   Oversee the good working of information, relational, technical and statistical system (ISO, OHSAS, Standards...).
