职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Execute Standard Operation Procedures, reporting, metrics, and audit control to support a data-driven system of risk and performance based criteria to manage product packaging to quality, cost, service and risk goals.
2.Develop/validate packaging test and inspection plans designed to assure quality of product packaging based on a review of all applicable safety standards, industry requirements and historical data, and THD requirements as described in SBA. Transfer packaging CTQs into tailor made quality control programs as appropriate.
3.Develop and review packaging CTQs and specifications.
4.Manage performance of service providers locally, through audit, review etc, understand their performance trend and identify root cause of performance issues, follow up corrective actions and preventive actions.
Requirement:
1.Four-year advanced technical or engineering degree preferred
2.Bachelor degree or above
3.5 years experience of packaging and printing related field.
4.Knowledge of the following areas:
(1)Multiple packaging materials, such like corrugated, plastic, wooden, etc.,
(2)Packaging structure design & Packaging test
(3)Flexography, Offset, Screen Printing technology
(4)Conventional and Digital pre-press technologies
