Responsibilities:
1,Technical support of customers and sales team (matching customer requirements with current company product offerings and educating the sales team and customers on product performance characteristics, applications, and installation processes)
2,Gaining and communicating market understanding to support the implementation of locally driven but globally aligned business strategies to grow sales
3,Contributing to international technical projects within the business team
Requirements:
1,6+ years working experience - technical or market oriented role
2,B.S. Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical Preferred)
3,Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
4,Experience in working with international teams in a multi-national corporation
5,Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin
6,Demonstrated responsiveness to customer inquiries and relations
7,Proven ability to prioritize and drive multiple technical projects and/or customer support activities
8,Strong customer relation and interpersonal skills
9,Demonstrated self motivator and efficient team player
10,Willingness to travel regionally (and occasionally US/Europe) up to approximately 30%
