HR Intern

  

  

Under the direction of the Managing Director of Aasia HR, the human resources intern is responsible for supporting all HR functions, with a strong focus on the recruitment assistance. Also marketing and CRM related tasks have an important role in the work. To put it short, you help us bring amazing employees to our clients.

  

  

  

Essential functions

  

  

- Screening the resumes and the job applications

  

- Create and place job advertisements

  

- Using online search tools to find suitable candidates

  

- Maintain and develop the communication with the candidates

  

- Ensure a positive experience for every candidate

  

- Evaluating a candidate's skill set

  

- Make pre-interviews and preparations

  

- Organizing and scheduling the interviews

  

- Maintaining and organizing files

  

- Organizing and maintaining the CRM system

  

- Online content creation (HR related)

  

- Recommend process improvements

  

- Clerical and translation work

  

- Other projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor

  

  

  

Preferred qualifications

  

  

- A passion for helping people and solving problems

  

- Interest for human resources management

  

- Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information

  

- Ability to work independently

  

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  

- Knowledge of PC Windows applications (Word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook)

  

- Experience of social media

  

- High degree of organizational skill and attention to detail

  

  

  

Working time

  

  

- Full time for at least 3 months preferred, ideally up to 6 months, part time can be discussed

- Our office is at Xin Cheng Mansion, 167 Jiangning Road. Close to West Nanjing road metro station.
