Job Responsibilities:

1.Define the product segment strategy (3 years & short term) & product positioning.

2.Managing the product portfolio & maintain product market mix (6ps) to in line with business strategy.

3.Taking initial in regular market study on consumer behavior, market trend, product performance, etc. Making proposal based on the finding of survey & analysis.

4.Working out yearly product segment focuses & briefing to related team, and monitor & review the progress of segment focuses.

5.Monitor competitor's marketing strategy & activities, and make corresponding Proposal to fight against competitor.

6.Requirements: Monitor the slow moving items to make sure the efficiency of business performance.

7.New product development to drive business initial & target achieve.

8.Be responsible for product segment GP targets achieve.

Requirements:

1.University degree, major in marketing, business and relevant field.

2.Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience, be familiar with the lubricant field.

3.Be able to work independently with good initiatives.

4.Good interpersonal skills.

5.Possess skills in communication, coordination & planning, social and negotiation.

6.Fluent in Mandarin & English (both verbal & written)

7.Skilled in MS office software.

8.Professional appearance.
