Job Responsibilities:

1. Define the B2B marketing strategy (3 years & short term) and implement.

2. Propose timely and executable marketing strategy and pricing analysis to B2B account.

3. Cater to B2B accounts on marketing activities and sales incentive plan, initiate promotion plans and activities within budget.

4. Initiate promotion plans and activities and implement as well as preparing materials within budget control.

5. Coordinate with PLI-Italy on B2B marketing strategy and practice; comply with PLI global strategy in B2B accounts including branding and sales network development.

6. Branding & artwork design for B2B marketing for pack and advertising materials.

Requirements:

1. University degree, major in marketing, business and relevant field.

2. Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience, lubricant experience is an advantage, prefer to have industrial product knowledge.

3. Be able to work independently with good initiatives.

4. Good interpersonal skills.

5. Possess skills in communication, coordination & planning, social and negotiation.

6. Fluent in Mandarin & English (both verbal & written)

7. Skilled in MS office software.

8. Professional appearance.
