Position purpose：

Ensure that the local operation is in compliance with the product registration and GMP regulation (global and local requirement), mainly focus on supplier management, internal complaints, self-inspection, quality standard, annual product review etc.

Major tasks and responsibilities of position:

1. Assistance to QA specialist for Supplier management (license, QAA, audit, sample etc.); 

2. Involvement in internal complaints treatment for raw materials;

3. Responsible for the review and approval for quality standard;

4. Support internal and external service (e.g., provide Quality relevant documents);

5. Coordinate the treatment for returned products;

6. Involvement in annual product review;

7. Involvement in self-inspection;

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in pharmacy or chemistry or biology;

Experience: At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experiences;

Familiar with GMP regulations;

Good interpersonal and communication skills;

Fluent English.
