Essential functions

重要职能

- Make pre-interviews and preparations

为HR提供面试准备，独立组织初次面试

- Organizing and scheduling the interviews

与面试者协调安排面试时间

- Maintaining and organizing files

负责收集整理简历

-Help foreigner colleagues apply work permit and residence visa.

协助外籍同事办理工作许可、居留许可

- Help office environment improvements

帮助改善办公室环境

-Handling payment applications，reimbursement applications and etc.;

协助处理付款申请、报销申请等
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

其它人事行政任务。

Preferred qualifications

能力要求

-Ideally 3rd or 4th year university students, major in HR & Admin related domains;

人力资源管理和行政管理相关专业的大三大四在校生优先考虑

- A passion for helping people and solving problems

助人为乐、乐于解决问题

- Interest for human resources management

对人力资源管理充满兴趣和热情

- Ability to work independently

独立工作的能力

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

良好的英语沟通能力和英文写作能力

- Knowledge of PC Windows applications (Word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook)

熟悉Windows系统操作

Working time

工作时间

-At least 3 days per week;

一周至少到岗三天

- Full time for at least 3 months preferred

能够实习一周五天、三个月以上者优先考虑
