1. 3年以上实际的java工作经验;
2. 良好的java基础知识;
3. 具备较好的数据库能力, 存储过程, SQL 语句,Excel 熟练使用;

6. 可以独立和业务部门沟通需求;
7. 保险行业经验或者有过保监报表经验加分;
