Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)
Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Across Asia, where wealth pools are growing faster than in any other region, HSBC’s wealth revenues grew 12% in 2019 (year-on-year) to USD5.7 billion. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will
???- To identify customer's retail needs with sufficient talking skill
- To introduce the right product to customers with correct information
- To fulfill customers' needs based on their consent
- To deliver the high quality sales and service in the conversation with customers
- To ensure the regulatory requirements are fulfilled in all processes
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements
??? ? Diploma degree holder
? Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
? Excellent communication skills and sense of sales service.
? Good Mandarin, English will be a plus.
大专及以上学历
能够在高压，快节奏的环境中工作
