1. Manage the entire VAT invoice process, from ratify and purchase blank invoices, to verify invoice from vendor and issue invoice to customer. Also cover other applicable taxations and refund (for example, sur-tax, stamp duty, CIT, local financial subsidy, etc.).
2. In charge of tax related accounting and various reporting activities, to meet both local tax requirement and group tax requirement.
3. Support foreign currency payment by performing tax authority approval process (submitting contract records and payment records to local tax authority, comment and explain, get the approval).
4. Work closely with business teams, finance colleagues, tax advisors, tax agencies, and other parties, to provide prompt support, and assure tax compliance to both local regulation and group requirement.

   5.Provide finance analysis for tax management, support line manager and finance controller to improve tax operation process.

Qualification: 

1.       Self-refresh with local tax regulations, which are being reformed vastly in recent years.

2.       Knowledge on accounting principle and system operation, to translate activities and facts into finance information properly.

3.       Co-work with various stakeholders (business teams, function teams, GBS, auditors, tax agency, etc.) to delivery good service level.

4.       Respect timetables, self-disciplined, work well under pressure.

5.       Protect internal process, challenge stakeholders whereas necessary, and assure tax compliance.
