NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
？ Prepare all reports - including sales and stock analysis, weekly sell-thru for all categories and re-orders
？ Calculate outlet OTB and SKU plan for each region; present OTB and SKU plan to Regional and Global Planning team
？ Manage outlet pricing and monitor discount rate on a regular basis; identify opportunities and execute promotions in outlets
？ Advise manager on managing plans for stock levels; track shipments and deliveries, react to change/demand through reorders, cancellations, redirections and transfers
？ Assist the manager to identify and recommend opportunities to improve sales performance through stock transfers or reorders
？ Work with manager to forecast sales and inventory on a monthly basis by region, by store and by SKU for all continuative products
？ Implement and manage a detailed store selling report to analyse weekly sales thereby giving an ability to react more quickly
？ Assist the manager to identify and recommend opportunities to improve sales performance through stock transfers or reorders
？ Manage the stock holding of core products and seasonal MD products
？ Support the manager in the outlet buying process in terms of buying analysis, forecasting and sizing optimization
？ Lead regular update meeting with Global Outlet Merchandise Planner
？ Any ad hoc tasks as assigned

PARTICULAR SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
？ Have highly developed and proven analytical skills
？ Preferably with SAP knowledge
？ Excellent in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with vlookup, Macros is a must
？ Good communications and interpersonal skills
？ Knowledge in shoes & accessories will be an definite advantage
