REQUIREMENT:

1.  College or above.

2.  Above 8 years relative work experience in multinational freight forwarding company.

3.  Space Control/Plan related experience is preferred. 

4.  Must have PC experience and ability to prepare documentation quickly and accurately.

5.  Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.

6.  Detail oriented.

7.  Good communication skills.

8.  Good personality: highly self-motivated and responsible.

9.  Can work with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITY: 

Summary

  Primarily responsible for BSA space allocation and making optimized consolidation.

  Need to work out the solution to meet the customer’s special requirement.

  To keep good sense on market situation in order to ensure price and service we obtained is competitive.

  To assist financial department to solve the dispute with overseasoverseas and local sales team to get more business. 

  Coordinate with Fedex Express to develop market sharing.

1. Choose the proper cargo to fulfill BSA space.

2. Well know air product on the market.

3. Make the quotation to overseas and sales team.

4. Awareness of market conditions.

5. Train new staff and provide experience to help them develop.

6. Review the process regularly and improve upon observed weakness.

7. Give the support to station office to create win-win situation. 

8. Keep good communicate with CS to achieve customer’s requirement.

9. Coordinate with Fedex Express for any new project.

10.Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
