Roles & Responsibilities:

? Deploy the demo system and instruments based on the requirements, normalizing the regulation according to demo systems storage, shipping, and return condition. Making the statistic, monitoring and analyzing the service condition of the samples. Tracking, and analyze the utilization of demo systems

 ? Cooperate with sales team to build and maintain   hospital executive KOLs / reference sites reference hospitals

? Assist clinical Marketing and clinical sales team to plan and implement academic conferences.

?Deliver and promote products’ value to hospitals by organizing test drives, webinars, seminars, and other activities from marketing department.

? Assist the supervisor to plan, execute and summarize hospital-run programs

工作职责

• 根据公司使用需求合理调配样机器械资源，规范样机器械入库、储存、发运、归还等相关制度，对辖区内市场样机的使用情况进行统计、追踪和分析。
• 与销售团队紧密配合，建立和维护医院管理层 KOL库，及优质达芬奇管理项目的示范中心（达芬奇窗口医院）
•  配合临床市场及临床销售策划医院行业学术会，并做好活动的落地执行工作。
• 协调各团队组织/参与试驾活动，卫星会，研讨会等市场的自办活动，传达产品价值信息。
• 协助上级领导策划,执行和汇总医院市场会议。

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in medicine, pharmacy, marketing or biomedical engineering, Master degree is preferred
• 3+ years of working experience in exhibition activities/marketing, previous working experience in foreign company is preferred
• Strong coordination ability, logic analysis ability, writing and oral communication skills, team work and Excellent inter-departmental communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, familiar with medical English is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Adapt to frequent business trip (about 50%) and work on the weekend

任职资格：

• 医、药、生医工程或市场营销专业、本科或以上学历，硕士优先
• 具备3年以上会展活动/市场推广工作经验，外企工作经验优先
• 具备较强的协调能力，逻辑分析能力，书面和口头沟通能力，团队合作和跨部门沟通的人际交往能力突出
• 英语口语及书写流利，医学英语优先
• 微软Office软件（PowerPoint，excel，word）熟练掌握
• 能胜任频繁出差(约占50%)和周末工作
