职位描述

As a Digital Tech Lead, associate will get to: § Track and project Internet trends, competitive analysis, and identify digital market opportunities. § Develop digital strategy - including performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy. § Create innovative ideas that bridge web, mobile, social, email, creative, gaming, search and digital media § Develop and articulate new digital strategies § Present directly to internal and external stakeholders. § Define and present project scope and recommended digital approach for client projects. § Analyze trends/results to determine the most effective digital implications and solutions. § Structure and design digital strategy deliverables through audits, blueprints, use-cases and flowcharts § Participate in the development and delivery of all strategic digital deliverables, including research, analytics, audience profiling, user personas, and strategies for: o Digital experiences o Digital marketing campaigns and media o Content o Social o Search Engine Marketing o Customer Relationship Management § Guide clients / accounts in defining their digital vision. § Provide strategic direction of digital and social channels, sitemaps/wire frames, user experience and tactical campaign development that include analysis, strategic definition, recommendation, and implementation.

As a Digital Tech Lead, s/he needs to bring to the team:

§ Over 10 years IT and digital project experience, and more than 5 years of Tech Lead and design experience in digital project.

§ Hands on experience on Andriod/IOS and mobility kind project experience

§ Comprehensive technical knowledge of digital marketing, social media, location-based and mobile technologies. Especially on Android/IoT/IOS hands on experience

§ Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

§ Deep level of understanding of the digital platform features / roadmaps, industry best practices, tools for execution, measurements and analytics.

§ 3 to 5 years’ experience in the digital marketing space. § Strong research skills and ability to translate the research to a solid presentation
