Responsibilities:

1. Promote and maintain an effective system of internal controls by developing and implementing appropriate financial policies and procedures. And ensures the financial management practices conform with corporate/regional policies and local statutory regulations.

2. Information necessary to support decision-making concerning the growth and development of the business.

3. Act as an active member of the decision-making process, specifically providing financial expertise to operating unit MD’s, Finance Heads and functional heads.

4. Lead finance team for accounting management, especially project accounting and controlling, financial planning, analysis of financial and operating data, asset management, and cost control.

5. Organize the information needs of various corporate functions such as treasury, tax, planning, and audit.

6. Develop ERP-related initiatives including implementation planning.

7. Monitor capital expenditures; purchase supplies and services; and determine, design or implement objectives, strategies, programs, policies and/or procedures in operation unit.

8. Prepare and report monthly financial and operating results, performs analysis of financial and access progress towards achieving strategic goals and achievability of plans. Participate with management in developing alternative courses of action where required.

9. Support tax planning and compliance efforts while identify opportunities to minimize tax liability.

Requirements

1. A degree in accounting and/or business administration (MBA and CPA, CMA or equivalent) with at least 10 - 15 years of diversified business experience including 10 years post qualification in accounting, business/financial planning, financial analysis, project accounting/control, internal/external audit, implementation of internal control policies/procedure

2. Experiences with companies of manufacturing environment, familiar with ERP System

3. Exceptionally high levels of self-direction, analytical creativity and intelligence

4. Diplomatic with proven leadership capability and strong communication skills in English and Chinese

5. Ability to communicate effectively with the management team.

6. Willingness to listen to others’ideas and care to develop subordinates.
