Your Role and Responsibilities



It requires deep understanding of the business and IBM's strategy and understand how to make it relevant and personal to local employee audiences. He/She should hold solid writing and storytelling capabilities in Chinese and in English as well as the ability to analyze data regarding behaviors, sentiment and engagement.

IBMer Internal Communications professionals create experiences that engage IBMers(IBM Employees) in our enterprise strategy and how they contribute to our business and our clients' success. These professionals partner with business units, functions, geos and markets to provide IBMers the knowledge, information, and clear calls to action needed to work effectively and deliver business results while also building their belief in and advocacy for the IBM brand.

Internal Communications professionals build strong, collaborative relationships in order to counsel leaders and team members across functions inside the company. This role requires deep understanding of IBMer personas at the enterprise, unit and geo levels to deliver relevant context to inspire and motivate IBMers around their role in delivering value to our clients.

They use social strategies and engage internal audiences through a content and delivery ecosystem that shares relevant information through streamlined channels.

Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions.

Contribution/Leadership:
Works on special projects, or leads small teams, or manages routine technical/operational activities or departments (national or international). Understands departmental mission and vision. Provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization. Generally controls own work priorities and methods requiring tradeoffs.

Impact on Business/Scope:
Accountable for individual or team, or department results, and for the impact of the results on functional activities. Participates in overall departmental program planning

















Required Technical and Professional Expertise


- At least 7 year experiences worked in marketing or communications function

- Bachelor degree, major in journalism, mass communication and marketing is preferred

- Basic video editing, picture editing, script writing ability
