Duties and responsibilities 工作职责：

   1.      Good understanding of sales business process/ line especially credit card business;

  2.      General monitoring about each sales channels/whole process, analysis and improvement on weak areas;

  3.      Product sales performance and profitability analysis;

  4.      Customer engagement and stickiness campaign design/ evaluation analysis and propose improvement suggestions;   5.      Understanding dedicated business area and keep regular communication with business team.

  6.      New pilots/ process monitoring and evaluation, results explanation and presentation.

  7.      Independent capability to target root cause for specific cases;

  8.        Ad-hoc analysis requirements from business teams.

Requirements任职资格：

  1. University Degree at least– Mathematics, Statistics, Business administration, Econometrics, Risk management, IT

  2. Minimum 1~2 years relevant analytical position

  3. English (communication level)

  4. MS Excel – enhanced user (VBA/PL/SQL advantage)

  5. Experience in field of data analysis CRM/ Credit card is preferred,

  6. Knowledge of banking/finance or loyalty programs area advantage

  7. Experience with BI tools (Preferably Oracle / SAS/Tableau )

  8. Experience with query tools (PL/SQL developer/Hadoop is must, Python preferred)

  9. Experience with data management and analysis/dashboard preparation

  10. Self-motivated to new challenge/Self-learning/Proactive attitude to work

  11. Think out of the box

  12. Ability to understand business meaning of data and explanation of identified insights to non-technical users

  13. Strong problem solving, research, analytical skills and business acumen.

  14. Passion for learning and pro-activeness.

  15. Initiate innovative ideas.
