工作内容：

1. 熟悉餐饮行业，在餐饮行业或餐饮管理有5年以上工作经验

2. 具有较强的现场管理协调能力，组织属下员工实施餐厅的日常营运事务，负责客户方宴会对接，监督和保证餐厅的服务质量和卫生质量；

3. 电脑等办公软件操作熟练

4. 执行公司总部营运策略，有效并确实达成区域运营及计划

5. 编制年度预算，并掌握各项成本、费用在既定目标范围之内

6. 具有坚持、诚实、诚恳的工作态度，反省、乐观精神，高度的学习热忱和事业企图心

7. 具有良好的职业操守、团队协作精神及高度的责任心，能够妥善处理宾客投诉及其他突发事件

任职要求：

大学本科以上学历，英语口语以及书写水平优秀

至少有5年左右餐厅管理工作经验或5星级酒店工作经验

工作积极主动，有服务意识，有进取心

福利待遇：　

缴纳北京社会保险，包吃，交通补贴

工作时间：做五休二，周末双休
