职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 理解用户需求、市场发展、需求设计，与后端研发、产品经理共同讨论与制定产品设计。
2、 参与讨论或参与制定研发团队的前端开发框架、开发规范（含代码规范、文档规范、测试与发布流程规范等）、技术选型，与后端开发共同制定前后端API规范。
3、负责某个SaaS云产品或解决方案的整体前端或者部分前端模块的代码设计与开发、代码交叉review、自测、与后端开发联调、上线发布等日常研发工作，对上线后的相应前端模块质量负责。
岗位要求：
1、4年以上Web系统开发经验 ，含至少2年以上前端开发经验，从头到尾参与过至少一款日活过万的网站或者中大型企业级应用系统前端的开发、上线以及上线后的数据分析与持续迭代。
2、精通至少一种前端编程语言（如：react/angular/vue），熟悉react优先；丰富的前端通用基础技能应用经验（HTML／JavaScript／CSS） ；熟悉Web图形图表图像及动效的处理 ，具备移动端h5/native开发经验 。
3、熟练使用业界流行项目开发工具；熟练使用 GitHub／Gitlab 进行项目代码管理，具备线上发布回滚、线上问题紧急修复经验。
4、 逻辑思维缜密，喜好算法研究，或有大型运算处理经验者优先考虑 。
5、 对流行前沿人机交互技术实现具有敏锐的触觉，有实践经验者优先考虑。
6、 对云计算或云计算产品有认知有实践经验者优先。
7、有智慧城市，智慧园区，智慧警务/监狱相关经验优先。
